CBD: Casual Use

Nowadays you can find CBD everywhere from your local grocery store to buying it online. It’s become incredibly popular as a natural, herbal supplement that’s available for consumption in all kinds of ways.

CBD can be taken as a daily supplement just like you might take a multivitamin or something similar. Some studies even suggest that taking CBD is therapeutic for users due to its ability to impact the body’s endocannabinoid system. So who should take CBD, why should you do it, and how should you do it? Here’s a guide on CBD for casual use.

Can You Take CBD for Casual Use?

Anyone can take CBD for casual use. In fact, it’s actually recommended for casual use. Although cannabis-based CBD products are used to help medical cannabis patients in many states, hemp-derived products are classed simply as food supplements and are best to take daily the same way you would with any other herbal supplement.

You might not notice any effects from CBD in the short-term. Unlike the THC in cannabis, CBD has no psychoactive properties, meaning it won’t make you feel high or intoxicated whatsoever. However, many people find that taking CBD in the long-term has a positive impact on their well being.

It’s also extremely simple to take CBD casually. There are various ways to consume cannabidiol which are quick and convenient. It takes less than a minute to consume CBD and, depending on how you take it, it can be absorbed into your body within a matter of minutes. As such, many people are beginning to start buying CBD for casual use.

Who Should Take CBD for Casual Use?

There aren’t any specifications to who can take CBD- any user of any age can benefit from taking CBD casually. Although medical dispensaries only sell CBD products to qualifying patients with medical cards, hemp-based CBD products are legally available to everyone. These products are made from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, making them legal to buy and use as supplements.

Who Should Take CBD for Casual Use

Various studies and reports on CBD also show that it’s very well-tolerated by humans. Adults regularly take CBD without any negative side effects. Occasionally, some users may experience minor side effects such as dizziness, nausea, diarrhea or vomiting, but even these are irregular.

Senior citizens can also take CBD, and studies even show that many elderly users find using CBD regularly beneficial. Even children can take CBD safely. Studies on using CBD for epilepsy show that even young users can take high doses of CBD daily without any negative effects.

There are also CBD products for pets which you can give to your cats and dogs. While you shouldn’t give pets any CBD products designed for humans, these CBD pet treats can make for a great way to administer cannabidiol to your pet.

How Much CBD Should You Take For Casual Use?

Currently, there are no official recommendations on how much CBD to take. However, some studies do give some suggestions on how much CBD users should take. While there’s a lot of range in how much CBD is generally administered for certain medical uses, casual users will generally need much less.

A daily dose of around 15-25mg of CBD is ideal for casual use. This will give you plenty for a healthy daily dose of cannabidiol. It’s also easy to get around 15-25mg no matter how you choose to consume CBD, and you can generally get a regular daily dose for around a month out of one bottle of CBD Oil or a pack of CBD Gummies.

Users can feel free to experiment with how much CBD they take. There are no drawbacks to taking more CBD and some studies even recommend higher doses. It’s impossible to overdose on CBD no matter how much you take, and there are no health risks to taking high amounts of cannabidiol regularly.

Your Guide to CBD Vape Juice and Vaping CBD

Although CBD Tinctures and Edibles are generally the most popular options when it comes to consuming CBD, vaping CBD is another great option. You can buy CBD Vape Juice in many great flavors and load up your vaporizer or vape pen to enjoy some smooth, tasty vapor packed with cannabidiol.

CBD Vape Juice suits users who want a fast, effective, and enjoyable way to take CBD. As long as you have a vape, you can heat up and inhale CBD Vape Juice in a matter of minutes, and your body will absorb the CBD fast. So what exactly is CBD Vape Juice, how does it differ from CBD Oil, where can you buy it, and should you use it? Here’s your guide to CBD Vape Juice and vaping CBD.

What is CBD Vape Juice?

CBD is a natural chemical extracted from hemp plants for use in all kinds of products. While CBD isn’t a medical product, many users find the use of CBD supplements therapeutic for many purposes. Many users opt for products such as CBD Tinctures, Edibles, and Topicals, CBD Vape Juice is another popular option which is great for users who enjoy vaping.

CBD Vape Juices (or CBD Vape-Oils) are thin, liquid products infused with CBD. They’re designed for use with a vaporizer or vape pen. You can add any kind of CBD Vape Juice to a vaporizer and heat it to create CBD-packed vapor to inhale and enjoy.

Vaping CBD is safe, healthy, and makes for an extra fast way to consume CBD. You can get CBD Vape Juice in all kinds of delicious flavors, and it only takes a matter of minutes to heat up the liquid with your vaporizer, inhale the vapor, and absorb the CBD into your system.

Benefits of Vaping CBD

Although CBD users have many options available to them, vaping CBD is beneficial for many reasons. Vaping is often used as an alternative to smoking as you can create thick, inhalable vapor that doesn’t carry any harmful toxins or cause any damage to your lungs. It’s also enjoyable, especially as vape juices can be infused with all kinds of great flavors, often mimicking fruits or strains of cannabis.

Benefits of Vaping CBD

CBD is sometimes confused with marijuana, but CBD is safe, legal, and won’t produce any psychoactive effects. It’s also free from any severe side effects, and while users may occasionally experience effects such as nausea, diarrhea, and changes in mood or appetite, these are uncommon.

Vaping CBD is also a faster method of CBD consumption than many of the alternatives. While your body needs to digest edibles before the CBD interacts with your body, CBD can act on your system within minutes when inhaled via vaping. It’s one of the most effective and convenient ways to take CBD, although you may need to invest a little extra in a vape pen.

How to Use CBD Vape Juice

You can use CBD Vape Juice with all kinds of vaporizers, and it only takes minutes to set up. Open up your vape chamber and add your CBD Vape Juice. CBD is safe in any quantity, so you can use as much as you want without any drawbacks.

Once you’ve loaded your vaporizer with CBD, simply set your temperature and press the button to start your vaporizer. It’ll heat up the vape juice and create smooth vapor full of CBD. Inhale the vapor and the CBD will reach your system within minutes.

It’s extra fast and convenient, and if you feel like you need more CBD, you can load up your vaporizer again and take a few more hits. Although you may need to spend some extra money on a vape pen, it’s well worth it for the amount of use you can get out of a bottle of CBD Vape Juice.

CBD Vape Juice vs CBD Oil

Although CBD Vape Juice and CBD Oil are both oil-based CBD products, they differ quite a bit in their use. CBD Oil (also known as CBD Tincture) is a liquid product designed for use by sublingual absorption. You use it by applying the oil under your tongue and holding it there for a couple of minutes to absorb the CBD into your system.

Regular CBD Oil is not designed for vaping, and trying to use it with a vaporizer may result in damage to your device. CBD Vape Juices are much thinner in their consistency, ideal for quickly creating CBD vapor to inhale.

CBD Vape Juice vs CBD Oil

Both of these products are fast and effective and some users may prefer CBD Tincture Oils as you don’t need any extra equipment to use them. However, many users also find vaping therapeutic, and CBD Vape Juices are usually much more flavorful than CBD Oil, making for a highly enjoyable way to consume CBD.

Where to Buy CBD Vape Juice

CBD Vape Juice is entirely legal to buy across the United States, as long as it’s made from hemp extract and contains less than 0.3% THC. You can order safe and legal CBD products online from JustCBDStore, including a wide variety of CBD vapes.

Various flavors are available, such as Strawberry Cheesecake, Mango Ice, and Cinnamon Sugar Cookies. You can also choose from a variety of CBD Vape Cartridges designed for use with 510 thread vape pens. Popular options include Strawberry, Blueberry, and Mango.

Alternatives to CBD Vape Juice

Vaping CBD is a valuable option for many users. But if you prefer something different, there are many other options available.

CBD Tincture Oils are another fast-acting way to consume CBD. You don’t need any extra equipment to use these- just apply the oil under your tongue and hold it there for a couple of minutes to enjoy the effects of CBD.

CBD Gummies are another popular option which will suit users who want a tasty and enjoyable way to consume CBD. They’re split into small servings of CBD, and you can take as many as you want to get your desired dosage.

CBD Vape Juice vs CBD Oil

CBD Pain Cream is another option which you use via direct application to the body. CBD Pain Cream does not reach your bloodstream and won’t give you any mental benefits, but it can suit those who want fast-acting effects via absorption through the skin.

Vaping CBD is one of the quickest and most enjoyable ways to take CBD, especially if you already enjoy vaping. You can buy many flavors of CBD Vape Juice and simply load up your vaporizer to enjoy the experience. It’s safe, legal, and you have many great options to try out.

The Top 5 Best Ways To Use CBD Oil

The Top 5 Best Ways To Use CBD Oil

One of the best CBD products out there is CBD Oil Tincture. It’s affordable, convenient, and also versatile. While many people simply take CBD Oil under their tongue, there are a few different ways to use CBD Oil if you want to try a different approach. There are also other products infused with CBD Oil offering an alternative way to get a dose of CBD.

All of these methods are great ways to consume cannabidiol and the choice comes down to simply what you prefer. You might even want to try out a few different methods to see which you like best. Here are the top five best ways to use CBD Oil.

1. Take CBD Oil Under the Tongue (Sublingually)

While there a few different ways to use CBD Oil, taking it sublingually (under the tongue) is generally considered the best method. When you buy CBD Oil Tincture, it comes in a bottle with a dropper, making it easy to measure out your desired dosage and apply it under your tongue. Hold it there for around 30-90 seconds and the CBD will be absorbed through your tongue into your system.

If you need a quick, easy, and convenient way to use CBD Oil, taking it sublingually is the best approach. It takes less than a couple of minutes to apply and it can take effect on your system within around 20-30 minutes. Plus, with a bottle of CBD Oil, it’s easy to apply under the tongue anywhere without any need for extra equipment.

There aren’t many drawbacks to taking CBD Oil sublingually, either. The taste may be unpleasant to some, but you can buy CBD Oil Tincture flavored with coconut oil or other flavors to make the experience more enjoyable. Vaping CBD Oil or using CBD Topicals may work a little faster, but there isn’t much difference.

2. Add CBD Oil to Food

It’s also easy to take CBD Oil simply by swallowing it and digesting it into your system. But if you want a fun, alternative way to use CBD Oil, try adding it into your food. You can infuse CBD Oil into cooking oil to create all kinds of CBD meals or even add it to recipes for treats like gummies, chocolate bars, and brownies.

Add CBD Oil to Food

Taking CBD orally might take a little longer to have an effect than other methods. Your body needs to digest the CBD first before it interacts with the endocannabinoid system. However, it’s still an effective and enjoyable way to use CBD Oil.

If you want to add CBD Oil to your food, there are plenty of CBD recipes online you can use. Alternatively, you can also buy readymade CBD Edibles such as CBD Gummies, CBD Dried Fruit, and CBD Honey Sticks.

3. Add CBD Oil to Drinks

Just like you can add CBD Oil to food recipes, you can also make CBD-infused drinks. CBD Tincture Oil is easily absorbed into liquids, so you can infuse it into all kinds of tasty CBD beverages.

For instance, you might want to add some CBD Oil into your morning coffee for an extra health kick or mix it into a healthy smoothie or shake. You can even create CBD Cocktails- just add a little dose of CBD Oil in addition to the other ingredients and mix well.

Like with edibles, CBD Drinks might take a little longer to reach your system depending on how fast you digest them. However, if you’re not in a rush, it’s still a great way to take CBD. If you need some inspiration on how to use CBD Oil in your drinks, check out these great CBD Drink Recipes.

4. Vape CBD Oil

If you want another fast and effective way to use CBD, you can also vape CBD Oil. You can add some specially designed CBD vape oils to your vaporizer or vape pen, heat it, and inhale the CBD. It’s quick, effective, and enjoyable for anyone who’s a fan of vaping.

It’s best not to use regular CBD Oil Tinctures for vaping. Although these may work with some vapes, usually thinner oils designed for vaping are much better. Luckily, there are all kinds of CBD Vape-Oils and CBD Vape Cartridges ready to buy. These come in various flavors so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Vape CBD Oil

Vaping is one of the best ways to use CBD. It doesn’t take long to set up, and inhaling CBD vapor is one of the quickest ways for CBD to reach your system. Plus, with some delicious flavors of CBD Vape-Oil, you’ll get a delicious taste along with a healthy dose of cannabidiol.

5. Use CBD Topicals

Another one of the best ways to use CBD is with CBD Topicals. CBD Oil can be infused into all kinds of topical products, from creams to lotions and even bath bombs. These products are pretty unique in comparison to other CBD products. The cannabidiol in topicals doesn’t reach your bloodstream, but you can apply it directly to the skin where it’ll be absorbed and attach to cannabinoid receptors.

Topicals come in various forms, so there’s something to suit every user. For a quick and easy way to use CBD, you can run some CBD Pain Cream into your skin or use a roll-on. You can even buy CBD Bath Bombs. Let these dissolve into your bathtub and you can soak up the CBD all over your body.

You can even make your own CBD Topicals with CBD Oil. Usually, it just takes mixing CBD Oil with coconut oil, beeswax, and adding in some essential oils and other skin-friendly ingredients for good measure.

With so many ways to use it, users have plenty of options when it comes to CBD Oil. Plus, if you want to try out something different, you can always buy other CBD products such as CBD Isolate. Whichever method you decide to go with, all of these products are legal to buy and safe to use with no harmful side effects and no risk of addiction. Any of these methods can work well, so the choice is yours.

CBD Edibles vs. CBD Oil: What’s the Difference?

CBD Edibles vs CBD Oil

From CBD vape cartridges to bath bombs, you can now use CBD in all kinds of unique ways. But while there are tons of options available to users, the two most popular kinds of products are usually CBD Edibles and CBD Oil. CBD Edibles make it especially easy to take CBD simply by eating some tasty treats. CBD Oil only takes a couple of minutes to apply and provides fast-acting effects.

Both of these products provide some of the best ways to take CBD, but they both also have their pros and cons. If you’re having a hard time deciding, you might want to weigh up these two options. Here’s a guide to CBD Edibles vs. CBD Oil: what’s the difference and which one should you choose?

CBD Edibles vs. CBD Oil: What’s the Difference?

CBD is extracted and infused into various unique products nowadays, but CBD Edibles and CBD Oils are two of the overall most popular. CBD Oil is a liquid product which is usually taken under the tongue for fast-acting effects. CBD Edibles are food products infused with cannabidiol which can come in all kinds of types from gummy bears to sour worms.

Both of these products make it quick and easy to consume cannabidiol, but they do work fairly differently. CBD Oil is usually taken by absorbing it under the tongue whereas all you need to do with CBD Edibles is eat them. However, CBD Oil can deliver cannabidiol to your system much faster as it doesn’t need to be digested.

Realistically, you can use either of these products effectively and both are great ways to get a daily dose of CBD. But there are differences in how you can use them, how they work, and the variety available which might make you want to choose one or the other.

CBD Edibles vs. CBD Oil: Which is Easier to Use?

Both of these products are among the easiest CBD products to use. All you need to do is buy the CBD Oil or Edibles themselves- you won’t need any extra equipment and no smoking or vaping is involved.

CBD Edibles vs CBD Oil Which is Easier to Use

CBD Oil can be taken in a few different ways, but the most common method is via sublingual absorption. Bottles of CBD Oil come with a dropper which you can use to measure out your dosage, apply it under your tongue, and hold it there for around one to two minutes to absorb the cannabidiol into your system. It’s a quick, easy, and discreet way to take CBD.

CBD Edibles are even easier to use. They come in the form of treats such as gummy bears and dried fruits. Each edible has a specific amount of CBD, making it easy to determine your dose. Then, all you need to do is eat the edibles to get your dose of CBD.

Both of these products are exceptionally easy to use. It’s also easy to take them anywhere and you can use them fairly discreetly. Edibles might edge out CBD Oil in how easy they are to use, but Oils do have their advantages.

CBD Edibles vs. CBD Oil: Which Works Better?

CBD Edibles and CBD Oils both work well when it comes to consuming cannabidiol. Both offer an easy way to take CBD, so there’s no real difference in that regard. However, they do work on your body in fairly different ways.

When you consume CBD, it attaches to cannabinoid receptors in the skin and interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system. When you take CBD Oil sublingually, it absorbs into your system fast and can take effect on your body within around 20-30 minutes. This makes it particularly useful for those who want a fast way to consume CBD.

While CBD Edibles can be just as useful, your body must first digest the cannabidiol before it takes effect on your body. How long it takes to interact with your body can depend on your metabolism and the type of edible you take. You might not notice much of a difference, but CBD Oils are absorbed faster and therefore may be preferable for those who want a fast way to consume CBD.

CBD Edibles vs. CBD Oil: Variety

One of the main advantages of CBD Edibles is the variety available. You can choose from all kinds of different CBD Gummies including gummy bears, sour worms, peach rings, and many other kinds mimicking popular childhood candies. If you want something healthier, you can also use CBD Protein Bars or CBD Dried Fruit.

There’s not as much variety when it comes to CBD Oils, although you can get them in different flavors. For instance, you have a choice between regular CBD Tincture and Coconut Oil CBD Tincture. You can also buy Full Spectrum Tincture if you want a range of cannabinoids and terpenes in addition to the CBD.

CBD Edibles vs CBD Oil Variety

While CBD Edibles might offer more variety, CBD Oils are more versatile in how you can use them. In addition to being able to absorb CBD Oil under the tongue, you can also infuse it into your own CBD Edibles and Beverages. It can be applied to all kinds of recipes such as brownies, cookies, and other delicious edibles. You can also add it to drinks such as smoothies and even cocktails for a healthy CBD beverage.

CBD Edibles and CBD Oil: Where to Buy

Whether you want to try out edibles or oils, it’s now easy to legally buy these products online. JustCBDStore offers a wide range of hemp-based CBD products for your buying pleasure. These are available for delivery across the United States.

CBD Edibles are available in various different forms, including CBD Gummies, CBD Dried Fruit, CBD Protein Bars, and CBD Honey Sticks. You can also buy CBD Tincture Oils or Full Spectrum CBD Tincture.

Plenty of alternative options are also available. For instance, if you enjoy vaping, there’s a selection of CBD Vape-Oils and Vape Cartridges available. You can also try out CBD Topicals such as CBD Pain Cream and CBD Bath Bombs.

CBD Edibles and CBD Oils are both great ways to consume CBD. Both make it easy to get a quick dose of cannabidiol wherever you are. Those who want a tasty and fun way to use CBD will likely prefer edibles, whereas Tincture Oils will suit those who want faster effects. Nonetheless, both these products serve their purpose just as well, and there’s no harm in trying out both.

Buying CBD Online: What to Look For

Buying CBD Online

Buying CBD Online is the easiest way to get all kinds of high-quality CBD products. Providing you buy from a reputable seller, you can get all the CBD Tinctures, Edibles, Vape Products, and any other kind of CBD product you need to be sent directly to your address. However, whenever you buy CBD, there are some things you need to look for.

With the enormous surge in the popularity of CBD, there’s also been a surge of online sellers. However, it’s important to make sure you buy products that are safe, legal, and tested for quality. So how exactly do you determine where to buy CBD online? Here’s a guide on what to look for.

Made from Hemp or Marijuana?

CBD is a naturally-occurring chemical found in all kinds of cannabis plants, which means it can be extracted from hemp or marijuana. Some dispensaries and legal cannabis stores across the United States sell CBD products extracted from marijuana plants. However, unless you’re in a legal state or have a medical card, you’ll need to avoid these.

Most CBD manufacturers nowadays use pure hemp extract. These products are legal for everyone in the US- you don’t need a medical card or prescription to buy products extracted from hemp. These products will also contain less than 0.3% THC, which means they won’t give you any unwanted side effects or make you fail a drug test.

Hemp products are becoming the norm due to the fact people all over the country can buy and use them. It’s best to look for hemp-based products when you buy CBD, and luckily you’ll find plenty of these when you buy online.

CBD Isolate or Full Spectrum?

Another significant difference you’ll notice with CBD products is that they can use two different types of extracts- CBD Isolate and Full Spectrum CBD. Both of these provide safe and effective ways to consume cannabidiol, but there is a slight difference.

CBD Isolate or Full Spectrum

Full Spectrum or Whole Plant extracts contain plenty of cannabidiol, but they also contain a range of other cannabinoids and terpenes. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. In fact, full-spectrum products may even work better due to the entourage effect between CBD and other cannabinoids.

CBD Isolate extracts remove all of the other cannabinoids and terpenes until you’re left with nothing but pure CBD. These products are good for users who want CBD and nothing else. Whether you should use Full Spectrum or CBD Isolate products is up to you- both can work well and both are widely available.

What’s the Product Range Like?

One of the biggest benefits of buying CBD online is that you’ll usually be treated to a huge range of CBD products. While you’ll find CBD Tinctures and Oils everywhere, you might want to try taking CBD in a different way. There’s a huge range of options available online, with all kinds of edibles, topicals, vape products, and alternative ways to use CBD.

For instance, you might want to try out CBD Gummies. These edibles take on the form of candies such as gummy bears and sour worms for a tasty way to take CBD. If you want to eat your CBD but want something a bit healthier, you can also use CBD Protein Bars or CBD Dried Fruit.

If you like to vape, you can also use CBD vape products. There are many CBD Vape-Oils and CBD Vape Cartridges which you can use with a vape pen or battery, and all you need to do is heat them with your vape and inhale. These are available in various delicious flavors to make the experience of taking CBD even more enjoyable.

You can also use CBD Topicals. CBD Pain Cream can be applied directly to the skin wherever you want to use CBD. You can even use CBD Bath Bombs to soak up the goodness of CBD all over your body.

You can even find products like CBD Isolate and CBD Pet Treats online. It’s best to buy from a store which gives you a wide range of products- you might even want to consider trying a few different products out.

Are the Products Tested?

With many unreliable CBD sellers now on the market, it’s important to make sure you’re buying legitimate products. A recent study found that many CBD sellers sold mislabeled products which often had too much THC or too little CBD.

The best way to determine whether a seller is reliable is to check whether their products are tested. Reputable sellers will use lab tests to ensure all of their CBD products are safe, legal, and free from dangerous impurities.

Are the Products Tested

You can even check for yourself. Sellers will make their lab tests visible for the public to read so you can see that their products are safe and correctly labeled. For instance, you can view Lab Reports for all of the Just CBD Store products for your peace of mind.

Do The Products Have Good Reviews?

When buying CBD online, it’s also a good idea to look for reviews. These can tell you a lot about the quality of products and whether they’re worth buying. Most online stores offer ratings and customer reviews on all products, so look out for these when you’re buying CBD.

Reviews are available for all kinds of products on Just CBD Store. These are provided by previous customers to help new ones make the best buying choices. You can even see all of the latest reviews on the reviews page.

Product descriptions also help- these can tell you more about what to expect from the product and how much CBD is inside. However, reviews are particularly helpful for giving you an informed opinion on the products you’re about to buy.

Although you can now find CBD in many stores, there are many advantages to buying CBD online. You can usually find a huge product range online, complete with descriptions and reviews to inform your buying choices. You can also check lab tests for yourself to ensure that products are safe and high-quality.

What’s the Best CBD Dosage?

What’s the Best CBD Dosage?

You can now buy CBD all across the United States, yet there’s still a lot of confusion about how much you should take. CBD is a supplement that comes in many different forms, from tinctures to capsules. However, with no official recommended doses consumers often turn to trial and error to figure out how much they should use. So what’s the best CBD dosage?

The CBD dosage you should take can vary. Some people will consume CBD faster based on their metabolism, whereas others might need more based on their weight. It can also depend on exactly what you’re using CBD for. However, there are many studies which give some guidance on ideal CBD dosages. Here’s a guide to the best CBD dosage.

How to Control Your CBD Dosage

There are many different ways to use CBD, but CBD products generally make it easy to control your CBD dosage. For instance, CBD Tinctures come with a dropper which enables you to measure out the exact dose before you apply it under your tongue and absorb the cannabidiol. CBD Gummies are usually split into equal servings which makes it easy to know exactly how much you’re getting.

Determining your CBD dose can be a little more tricky with products like CBD Topical Creams. These come with a certain amount of CBD in them and you might not be able to figure out how much is in each dab. With that said, you can usually roughly estimate how much you’ll need.

How to Control Your CBD Dosage

There are also other CBD products you can use such as CBD Vape Products and CBD Isolates. Usually, CBD products will be labeled with how much CBD they contain. Fortunately, you can use CBD in any quantity safely, so you won’t have to worry about taking too much.

What’s the Best CBD Dosage?

With little information on how much CBD to take, many consumers might be left confused about how much they should be using. There are many different factors which come into play. For instance, your metabolism, your body weight, and what exactly you’re using CBD for can all play a part.

The best CBD dosage to take could range anywhere from 15mg to 600mg. Some studies show that high doses may be helpful for certain symptoms, whereas others suggest taking a moderate daily dose can help in the long run.

Generally, the best approach seems to be taking a daily dose of around 15-25mg of CBD. If you’re looking for the general natural benefits of cannabidiol, then this should be enough to give your body the effects it needs. By using a daily dose, you also avoid overusing CBD and can make your products last for a long time. Users with certain symptoms may want to use higher doses in some cases.

Can You Overdose on CBD?

Users might worry about what will happen if they take too much CBD. However, even in extremely high doses, CBD shouldn’t cause you any harm whatsoever. In fact, CBD is often hailed for its high safety profile.

Studies show that you can use high doses of CBD safely. Unlike THC, CBD doesn’t give you any psychoactive effects and isn’t harmful even in high doses. In some cases, you may experience some minor side effects such as dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, and changes in mood or appetite. However, most users report no side effects whatsoever, making CBD extremely safe to use.

Can You Overdose on CBD

There’s also no risk of addiction with CBD. Even if you use CBD regularly for a prolonged amount of time, you can stop using it whenever you want without any withdrawal symptoms. The World Health Organization notes that CBD has no abuse potential and you won’t have to worry about overdosing on CBD.

Studies on CBD Dosages

Although there are no official recommendations for CBD dosages, numerous studies have assessed how much CBD to use for certain purposes. For instance, many studies have been carried out on using CBD for pain, generally finding that a daily dose of 15-25mg of CBD can work well.

Clinical trials on using CBD for Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, two rare forms of epilepsy, found that subjects responded best to a dose of 20mg of CBD per kg of body weight per day.

A study on using CBD for social anxiety found that subjects responded well to a single dose of 600mg. However, another study on using CBD for anxiety and sleep found that 25mg of CBD a day helped to reduce symptoms. This suggests both high doses and regular low doses can help.

It should be noted that CBD is a dietary supplement and not a medical treatment.

How Should You Use CBD?

There are many different approaches to using CBD. Many kinds of products are available, some of which are more convenient and some of which are more enjoyable. Some are also better when it comes to managing your dosage of CBD. Here are some of the best options.

CBD Tinctures – Tinctures are liquid products which come with a dropper, allowing you to easily measure your dose. You just need to apply the oil under your tongue and hold it there for a minute or two to absorb the CBD. It’s one of the most straightforward and discreet ways to use CBD, hence its popularity.

How Should You Use CBD

CBD Gummies – Gummies also make dosing easy. Each gummy sweet comes with 10-25mg of CBD, depending on the flavor. It’s easy to control your dose simply by controlling how many you eat. For a healthier alternative, you can also use CBD Dried Fruit.

CBD Vape-Oils – You can use these vape-oils by adding them to the chamber of a vape pen or vaporizer. Just measure out your desired dose before heating them up and inhaling. They come in many different flavors to give users plenty of choices. You can also use CBD Vape Cartridges.

Deciding on the best CBD dosage can be tricky, especially with limited information out there on how much you should take. However, 25mg of CBD a day is usually enough to get a healthy daily dose of cannabidiol. You can take as much CBD as you want safely, so you can also feel free to experiment with your dosage if you feel that you need more.

How is CBD Made?

How is CBD Made

Consumers can now find CBD in practically anything from soaps to gummy bears. The safe and non-psychoactive cannabinoid has become extremely popular as a dietary supplement, especially as hemp products are now legal to buy and use across the United States. But while many people use them, consumers may wonder just how is CBD made?

CBD initially comes from cannabis and hemp plants. It’s a naturally occurring cannabinoid produced by the plants. However, in order to make its way into products, producers extract CBD in numerous ways. The process of infusing CBD into products is also dependent on the kind of product- you can even make some CBD products yourself. Here’s a guide on how CBD is made.

How is CBD Made?

To make CBD products, CBD must first be extracted from cannabis or hemp plants. CBD is one of the many chemical compounds or cannabinoids found in cannabis sativa plants. While it can be found in marijuana plants, it’s usually extracted from hemp plants in order to get the maximum amount of CBD with low THC levels.

Hemp growers often clone hemp plants with high levels of CBD and low levels of THC to result in the best possible plants for CBD. This enables hemp producers to extract as much CBD as possible to create legal, hemp-derived CBD products.

These plants are usually grown on high scale hemp farms, although it is possible to grow hemp plants from home. Once the plants are fully grown, excess plant parts are cut and the flowers of the plants are harvested, dried, and cured. This leaves growers with hemp flower chock full of cannabinoids.

How is CBD Made Cannabis Flower

In order to extract the CBD from the flowers, they must be put through an extraction process. There are many different extraction processes, usually involving solvents, alcohol or other methods to separate the CBD from the rest of the plant matter. The products also go through a process called winterization, which involves subjecting them to cold in order to remove lipids, fatty acids, and other unwanted components.

Initially, hemp plants contain CBDA. CBDA is converted into CBD via a process called decarboxylation. This involves heating the flower at a moderate heat for a long time in order to activate the cannabidiol. The CBD is then infused into various different kinds of products.

How is CBD Oil Made?

CBD Oil or CBD Tincture is generally the most popular kind of CBD product you’ll find. Many other kinds of CBD products are infused with CBD Oil, which means making CBD Oil is often the first priority for CBD producers.

There are a few different methods to make CBD Oil. Most manufacturers use CO2 extraction. This involves using complex lab equipment to force CO2 through the plant to extract CBD Oil. Another common method is by soaking hemp in grain alcohol or methanol, which results in a CBD-infused liquid. The solvent is then evaporated so that just CBD is left.

CBD Oils are often put through extra distillation processes to remove unwanted parts and then mixed with a carrier oil such as MCT Oil. Carrier oils make it much easier for the body to absorb CBD as well as making it taste better.

How are CBD Edibles Made?

CBD Edibles have become a highly popular way to consume CBD. These are food products which are infused with CBD, making for a tasty and healthy snack. The processes used to make these edibles can vary, especially as there are many different kinds of CBD Edibles.

Edibles are often made by infusing CBD Oil into foods. By infusing it into cooking oil, it can be used in all kinds of meals and recipes to create products such as baked goods. It’s also easy to infuse CBD Oil into things like gummy sweets and honey.

How are CBD Edibles Made

You can even make your own edibles by adding CBD Oil to various recipes. Alternatively, hemp can also be decarboxylated and cooked into butter or oil to infuse the CBD. The resulting product can then be used to create all kinds of edible products. However, it’s much easier to use CBD Tincture or CBD Isolate for cooking edibles.

Similarly, CBD can also be infused into beverages. CBD Tincture can easily be added to things like coffee, smoothies, and even cocktails. There are many CBD Drink Recipes you can try at home.

How are CBD Topicals Made?

CBD Topicals are another popular type of CBD product which are actually quite easy to make. These products come in many different forms, created by infusing CBD Oil into topical products such as creams, balms, and lotions.

CBD Salve is made by heating and mixing CBD Oil with beeswax and coconut oil. The resulting liquid is then poured into a container and cooled. Other ingredients such as essential oils can also be added to provide extra benefits for the skin when the topical is applied.

The process of making other topicals is fairly similar. For instance, CBD Lotion and CBD Cream are made in the same way but with extra added water to change the consistency of the resulting product. Various other ingredients are often added to enhance the effects and the scent of topicals.

There are various other kinds of topical products such as CBD Bath Bombs and Soaps. These usually take more steps but are also made by infusing CBD Oil into regular recipes for topical products.

CBD starts out as CBDA, a cannabinoid in raw hemp plants. Through a rigorous extraction and distillation process, CBD Oil is made. CBD Oil can be used in all kinds of ways. Infusing it with a carrier oil creates CBD Tincture, but it can also be infused into food, drinks, topical products, vape juices, and all kinds of other creations.

Consumers can even create their own CBD products by infusing CBD Tincture or CBD Isolate into recipes. However, it’s also easier than ever to buy CBD products online for delivery. As long as CBD products are made from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, they’re legal to buy and use across the United States.

A Guide to Buying CBD Products

A Guide to Buying CBD Products

Buying CBD products is now easier than ever. Unlike marijuana, many CBD products are now completely legal in the United States and there are many different ways to buy them. Not only can you find CBD in many hemp stores, health stores, and pharmacies, but it’s also exceptionally easy to buy CBD online nowadays and get it delivered directly to your address anywhere in the country.

Beginners to CBD might get a little confused when it comes to buying CBD products, though. There’s a whole lot to choose from, and while products like oils and edibles might stand out as more popular, there are tons of different ways to use CBD which are worth trying. What’s more, it helps to know the difference between things like full spectrum CBD and CBD isolate and the difference between CBD and THC.

Still, it’s pretty easy to get a grasp of and once you know exactly what you’re buying, you can start getting all kinds of CBD products straight away. CBD is affordable, safe, legal, and users find it helpful for all kinds of reasons. Here’s a guide to buying CBD products, the different types of products, and where you should buy them.

What is CBD?

CBD is short for cannabidiol, one of the many chemical compounds found in cannabis and hemp plants. These plants are made up of over a hundred compounds known as cannabinoids, each of which has its own effects when consumed by humans.

Many people are familiar with THC, the psychoactive cannabinoid which gives cannabis its intoxicating effects. In contrast, CBD is non-psychoactive and won’t make you high, however, users still find CBD consumption therapeutic for its own reasons.

When consumed, CBD attaches to cannabinoid receptors in the body and impacts the body’s endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system is linked to various processes in the body including mood, memory, pain sensation, and many others. Although research on CBD is still in its early stages, many medical cannabis programs use CBD to help patients with symptoms.

Are CBD Products Legal to Buy

Cannabis-based CBD products are only legal in certain states, and often only for medical patients. However, hemp-based CBD products are now widely legally available across the United States. Because of this, many people now buy and use CBD as a daily dietary supplement.

Are CBD Products Legal to Buy?

You can now legally buy CBD products in the United States. In the past, hemp products were illegal along with cannabis products. However, the laws on CBD have loosened up significantly since then, making it much easier for any consumer to find and use.

The production and sale of CBD became a lot less restrictive as the federal government passed the 2018 Farm Bill. It’s now legal to cultivate and sell CBD products, and for all US consumers to buy and use them. That’s why you’ll often now find CBD products in all kinds of places from specialist CBD stores to your local grocery store.

With that said, there are limitations on the kinds of CBD products you can buy. Legal CBD products must use hemp extracts and contain less than 0.3% THC. Sellers need to test their products to ensure that they don’t surpass the legal limits.

Marijuana-infused products are still illegal in many parts of the states, especially as they generally contain much higher levels of CBD. However, most CBD brands now use hemp extracts to create totally safe and legal CBD products. These won’t make you high and won’t make you fail a drug test.

Although CBD is federally legal and users should not be punished for using it, some states still have complicated laws on CBD. For instance, there have been reports of users being arrested for CBD products in Texas and Florida. Missouri requires users to sign up for a Missouri Hemp Extract Registration Card. However, most states have no restrictions on hemp products and even encourage the sale of them.

The Difference Between Cannabis and CBD

Cannabis products are still illegal in many parts of the United States whereas CBD products made from hemp are legal on a federal level. So what’s the difference? Although the two products come from similar places, there are many differences between the two.

CBD can come from both marijuana and hemp plants. While both of these are part of the cannabis species, they differ significantly in their chemical makeup. Most importantly, marijuana has much higher levels of THC whereas hemp contains high levels of CBD with low levels of THC.

While CBD can be extracted from marijuana plants and isolated, there are much stricter restrictions on the cultivation and use of marijuana plants when compared to hemp. This is why many CBD brands now focus solely on hemp products.

The Difference Between Cannabis and CBD

Hemp-based CBD products only contain trace levels of THC. That means that they won’t give you any psychoactive effects and won’t make you fail a drug test. Not only are they legal, but they’re also much safer to use without any risky side effects or consequences.

Users in legal states are able to get products with both THC and CBD, such as 1:1 THC-CBD Oil. These products are useful for those who want the effects of both THC and CBD. However, most users are best sticking to hemp products if they purely want to use CBD.

Where to Buy CBD Products

Hemp products are legal across the country and you can now find CBD products in various hemp stores, smoke shops, health stores, and even some pharmacies and grocery stores. These products contain less than 0.3% THC and you won’t need a medical prescription or proof of age to buy them.

Users in legal marijuana states or those with medical marijuana prescriptions can also buy CBD products from legal stores and dispensaries. These products may contain more THC and you can also buy products with both THC and CBD.

The easiest way to get your hands on CBD products is to buy CBD online. You can now order all kinds of CBD products from tinctures to edibles and have them delivered directly to your doorstep wherever you are in the United States. This is usually the easiest and most convenient way to get affordable, high-quality CBD products.

Types of CBD Products

There’s a great deal of variety when it comes to how to use CBD. Cannabidiol extract can be infused into all kinds of things, from oils and tinctures to food products. As such, you can now buy various different types of CBD products. Here are some of the popular types of CBD products available to buy.

CBD Tincture – Also known as CBD Oil, CBD Tincture is generally the most common kind of CBD product you’ll find. You use CBD Tincture by measuring out a dose of the oil with the dropper and applying it under your tongue. After holding it there for around a minute or two, you’ll absorb the cannabidiol and you can swallow the rest. CBD Tincture is popular as it provides a quick, convenient, and discreet way to consume CBD. You can also get different kinds of tinctures, such as CBD Isolate Tincture and Full Spectrum Tincture.

Types of CBD Products Edibles

CBD Edibles – Another hugely popular type of CBD product is CBD Edibles. In short, CBD Edibles are food products infused with cannabidiol. All you need to do is eat these and your body will digest the cannabidiol into your system. They come in the form of various tasty snacks, such as CBD Gummies, CBD Protein Bars, CBD Dried Fruit, and CBD Honey Sticks. Many users opt to use edibles as they make for an enjoyable way to take CBD.

CBD Topicals – CBD Topicals are a little unique in comparison to other CBD products. Instead of being absorbed into your bloodstream, CBD Topicals are simply absorbed through the skin to attach with cannabinoid receptors there. Despite this, many users find topicals useful for targeting specific areas of the body. Topicals can also come in numerous forms, such as CBD Bath Bombs and CBD Pain Cream.

CBD Vape Products – You can also buy CBD Oil that’s designed for vaporization. Vaping is a healthy, smokeless way to inhale CBD. You can use CBD Vape Cartridges or CBD Vape Oils in conjunction with a vape pen or vaporizer to get the effects of CBD. Vape products come in a variety of tasty flavors to make the vaping experience more enjoyable.

CBD Isolate – CBD Isolate is a form of concentrated CBD that comes in powder form. Due to the isolation process, this product gives you super pure, highly-concentrated CBD and only a small amount is needed. You can infuse CBD Isolate into foods, drinks or simply add it to oils or vape products to increase the potency.

Buying CBD Products for Pets

CBD products aren’t just useful for humans. In fact, mammals often have the same endocannabinoid system and, as such, CBD can work in the same way for many different animals.

However, you should avoid giving your usual CBD Oils and Edibles to your dogs and cats- these products are designed for human consumption and might cause unwanted side effects for your pets. Luckily, there are also CBD products designed specifically for giving to your pets.

Buying CBD Products for Pets

CBD Pet Products are safe-to-use for your furry friends and make it easy for them to consume CBD. You can use products such as JustPets Cat Treats or JustPets Dog Treats and your pets will love them. These CBD-infused pet treats come in various different flavors so you can test them out and find out what your pet likes best.

CBD Isolate vs Full Spectrum CBD

When buying CBD, one distinction you might notice is that products are often labeled either CBD Isolate or Full Spectrum CBD. These are two different types of CBD extract and, while they both work in the same way and provide the same general effects, there are some differences.

CBD Isolate means that the product contains nothing but isolated CBD. It involves a process where the cannabidiol is separated from all other cannabinoids and terpenes to give you nothing but pure CBD. You can also buy CBD Isolate as a standalone product to infuse into foods, drinks, and other products.

On the other hand, full spectrum extracts use the whole hemp plant. In addition to the CBD content, they can also contain other cannabinoids and compounds such as CBG, CBN, and a host of terpenes. Many users prefer full spectrum extracts as they provide more beneficial ingredients, but CBD Isolate and Full Spectrum CBD are both highly useful.

Is CBD Safe to Use?

Although beginner users will understandably be wary about using a new substance, CBD is actually extremely safe to use. Studies show that CBD has a very high safety profile. Many studies find no observable side effects of CBD, and although some users do report side effects, these are usually minimal.

In the worst case scenario, you may experience side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and changes in mood and appetite from using CBD. However, most users experience no side effects whatsoever. You can use it even in high quantities without worrying about negative consequences.

Is CBD Safe to Use

What’s more, while users may worry about addiction, CBD has no physically addictive qualities. You can stop using it whenever you want and you won’t experience any withdrawal symptoms. It’s also impossible to overdose on CBD, meaning you can use as high of a dose as you want.

Many people choose to use CBD specifically because of its high safety rating. In fact, even the World Health Organization vouches that CBD has a very high safety profile with no potential for harm or abuse. Due to low levels of THC, you can also safely use it without failing a drug test.

CBD is a safe and legal supplement that you can now legally buy in the United States in many different ways. Although many cannabis products are still illegal, anyone can legally buy hemp-based CBD products. There’s a wide choice of products available, including oils, edibles, topical products, and vape products. You can either find CBD products in stores or buy CBD products online.

FDA holds its first hearing on CBD

FDA holds its first hearing on CBD

The CBD industry has taken off. Since the 2018 Farm Bill made hemp products federally legal in the United States, it has become easier than ever for people to get their hands on CBD Oils, Edibles, Topicals, and all kinds of other cannabidiol-infused products.

Unlike THC products, CBD products don’t get you high and, according to research, won’t cause any serious side effects. However, there is still a need for regulation, especially with many stores selling mislabeled and unreliable CBD products. As such, the FDA has begun to step in and take steps towards CBD regulation.

Recently, it was announced that the FDA would hold its first hearing on CBD. The hearing took place on May 31, 2019, and attracted over 110 speakers who vouched for why CBD should or shouldn’t be regulated. The FDA is now accepting comments on cannabis-derived products as it heads further towards regulation. Here’s more on FDA’s CBD hearing and what to expect.

FDA holds its first hearing on CBD

Since hemp-based CBD products became legal, the market has had an enormous boom. Market research reports estimate that the CBD market will hit $22 billion by 2022. CBD products made with hemp extracts are now widely available in everywhere from health stores to smoke shops, giving users a legal way to get their hands on them.

So far, the FDA has not done much to regulate the industry, other than making Epidiolex, a cannabis-infused epilepsy medication, legal. Now, the FDA is taking steps towards stricter regulations for CBD products, starting with its first hearing which took place at the end of May.

Forbes reported that the hearing attracted many speakers from throughout the industry presenting their viewpoints on how the industry should be regulated. Quality assurance was a major talking point. For instance, Peter Pitts of the Center for Medicine in the Public Interest notes that stricter guidelines are needed to ensure the quality of products and what exactly they can do for users. Many speakers noted that many mislabeled products are on the market, identifying a clear need for regulations on quality.

There was also a call for more support for the research of cannabis and cannabis-derived products and guidelines on how patients should use them. For instance, despite many studies being carried out on CBD, there are still no regulatory guidelines on how much CBD users should take. Users are often left to determine dosages on their own, despite many doctors recommending CBD to patients.

FDA holds its first hearing on CBD

The point was also brought up that many epileptic patients have found CBD to be highly useful for their symptoms. Dr. Jacqueline French of the Epilepsy Foundation noted, “It has been proven in randomized controlled trials of Epidiolex (a drug that contains CBD), that in high enough concentrations it can stop seizures.” She went on to point out that taking CBD products with high concentrations of CBD off the market could be highly detrimental to epileptic patients.

The FDA now plans to take further steps and is currently accepting comments on CBD until July 2, 2019. Dr. Norman Sharpless stated in a speech: “Docket comments will help inform FDA as we consider the important policy options related to the regulation of products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds.”

FDA accepting comments on CBD until July 2

The FDA is now inviting comments in their public docket. Stakeholders, attendees, and even members of the public are able to submit their comments regarding CBD and how it should be regulated. The FDA will take note of these comments and use the information they collect to inform their decision on how to go about regulating cannabis and cannabis-derived products.

The docket has currently attracted around 2,500 comments from those interested in the regulation of CBD products. Many users have come forward to state how CBD has helped them with things like back pain, arthritis, and PTSD. Large organizations have also given their input. For instance, Ben & Jerry’s recently stated that they had submitted a comment to the FDA in support of CBD regulation amidst their plans to launch a CBD Ice Cream.

The FDA is currently planning to start providing findings from its internal working group in August and taking matters further from there. From there, it’s likely that stricter regulations could be set when it comes to cannabis-derived products and CBD in particular.

Why regulate CBD?

With the massive growth of the market, the FDA has decided to step in and regulate these products. Although no health problems have been identified with CBD, there are still some important reasons why regulation is necessary. For instance, a 2018 study found that the majority of products sold online are mislabeled. These products either contained too much THC or too little CBD, misleading users and potentially causing unwanted side effects and failed drug tests.

CBD is now widely available, and despite the lack of regulation in the industry, consumers are swarming to these products for all kinds of reasons. A cross-sectional study of CBD users found that 62% of CBD users reported using CBD to treat medical conditions such as pain, anxiety, and sleep disorders. Many also report finding it useful for helping with their symptoms. Similarly, a large-scale study on CBD users by HelloMD and the Brightfield Group found that 80% of CBD users found it to be extremely effective for their symptoms.

Why regulate CBD

Regulation of CBD products would mean stricter quality guidelines, more substantial research done on the uses and effects of CBD, and clearer guidelines and how patients should use it. With the massive growing support in favor of CBD, it’s very likely that there will be positive changes in the future.

The first FDA hearing on CBD attracted many speakers who pointed out both the positive and negative aspects of the substance. The general consensus seems to be that CBD can be highly useful, but stricter regulation is needed to avoid poor quality products and support further research into how it can be used. As of right now, users are able to obtain hemp-based CBD products legally from stores across the United States and buy CBD online.

What is CBDa?

What is CBDa

CBD is all the rage today, but there are over a hundred other cannabinoids in hemp and cannabis plants which you might not know as much about. Some of these, such as CBG and CBN, can often be found in oils and other products using whole plant extracts. However, another important cannabinoid is CBDa. So what is CBDa?

CBDa is actually the original chemical which CBD stems from. It stands for cannabidiolic acid and it isn’t until the plants are dried and heated that CBDa converts into CBD, the cannabinoid we all know and love. With that said, many people also use CBDa itself and there are many CBDa products available. Here’s a guide to what exactly CBDa is and what you should know about it.

What is CBDa?

Cannabis and hemp plants contain around 113 chemical compounds known as cannabinoids. Most people are already aware of cannabinoids such as THC and CBD due to their widespread usage. However, CBDa is actually one of the most prominent cannabinoids found in these plants. In fact, it isn’t until CBDa is converted into CBD that cannabidiol is extracted for use in products.

Much like CBD, CBDa is also non-psychoactive and safe for human consumption. It can be extracted and infused into products such as oils and tinctures for consumers to use. You can even consume CBDa by simply blending raw hemp flower into a smoothie or juice. However, while CBDa may have its uses, most research suggests that it is largely inactive, hence why it’s converted into CBD instead.

How Does CBDa Turn Into CBD?

CBD products are much more popular than CBDa products, but they have to be converted from CBDa first before extraction. CBDa is converted into CBD via a process known as decarboxylation. In simple terms, this simply means that CBDa must be heated to a certain level in order to turn into the more bioactive compound, cannabidiol. How Does CBDa Turn Into CBD

The same process can be seen in the case of THCa and THC. While THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid known for delivering the effects of marijuana, plant products must be decarboxylated in order to convert the THCa into THC and activate its effects. Much like you’d burn or vape weed in order to consume THC, you’d need to burn or vape hemp flower in order to consume CBD.

Generally, producers of hemp products decarboxylate hemp before extracting the CBD for use in products such as oils, tinctures, and edibles.

What’s the Difference Between CBD and CBDa?

Since both of these chemicals are safe and non-psychoactive, consumers may wonder why CBDa is commonly turned into CBD instead of simply being extracted for use.

Although there is some research to suggest CBDa may have benefits for your body, these studies are largely preliminary whereas there have been many more successful clinical trials for CBD. CBD is a more bioactive version of CBDa and therefore is more likely to interact with the body positively.

Most importantly, CBD has been shown to interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system whereas CBDa doesn’t. The endocannabinoid system plays an important role in many processes for the body, hence why people consume CBD.

How do You Use CBDa?

Like with CBD, CBDa is versatile in the ways it can be used and how it can be infused into products. Since CBDa is present in growing cannabis and hemp plants, you can use CBDa simply by blending raw cannabis or hemp flower into juices, smoothies or other recipes and consuming it orally.

How do You Use CBDa

CBDa can also be extracted for use in various products, much like CBD. For instance, you can get CBDa Oil or Tincture which you can absorb sublingually under the tongue. CBD products which use whole plant extracts may also contain some CBDa.

In most cases, CBDa is turned into CBD and, as such, CBDa products are much less common and harder to find. However, you can find some CBDa products online. Those who grow their own plants can also consume CBDa from the raw flower without having to dry and cure it. However, you may not have much reason to.

Is CBDa Safe to Use?

CBDa shares many of the same traits as CBD. You can use it safely without any harmful side effects or risk of addiction. Unlike THC, CBDa is non-psychoactive and has no intoxicating effects when consumed. As such, you can use it without worrying about getting high or failing a drug test.

CBDa is also non-addictive. You won’t develop a physical dependence to CBDa and won’t experience any withdrawal symptoms when you stop using it. There’s also no risk of an overdose from using CBDa, so you can use it as much as you want.

While CBDa can be found in marijuana, it’s found in much higher quantities in hemp. What’s more, products such as CBDa Oils generally use hemp extracts. That means that these products are legal all over the United States for people of all ages. You don’t need a medical prescription to use hemp products and there are no legal risks.

Should You Use CBDa Instead of CBD?

Both of these cannabinoids are safe and easy to use, but should you use CBDa instead of CBD? There isn’t a lot to suggest that you should. Although there are some scientific studies which highlight that CBDa may benefit the body, many of these are preliminary and there is a much greater body of successful research when it comes to CBD.

Is CBDa Safe to Use

Since CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system whereas CBDa doesn’t, it’s likely that any possible benefits you could obtain from CBDa would be better with CBD. What’s more, with all kinds of high-quality CBD products on the market today, there isn’t much of a reason to turn to CBDa products instead.

Cannabidiolic acid is another one of the many interesting cannabinoids found in hemp and cannabis plants. It’s the component that converts into CBD when decarboxylated, although the two substances contrast a fair bit. For the most part, CBDa is fairly redundant as many users prefer to use CBD. Not only is CBD more bioactive, but it’s also easier to buy CBD products online for delivery all over the United States.
